Ocean Is Our Life
The ocean is our life.
She is the source of our livelihood;
She should be taken care of
For our generations to benefit from.

Ripples of the Ocean
Calm and collected at the scene,
I see blue and green that reminds me of serene.
Grain of sands on my toes.
I love the feeling
The ripples of the water
Crashing on my body.
Oh the ocean,
How I cherish thee.

Maintaining Inspiration
The key to maintaining your inspiration
In the day-to-day work of meditation practice
Is to approach it as play-- a happy opportunity
To master practical skills,
To raise questions, experiment, and explore.

On Learning
Learning is ongoing
No doubt about that.
Learning keeps us afloat
When all hope seems to be lost.
Learning is ongoing
No doubt about that.
So keep on moving
Keep up the faith
In this journey called life.
Learning is ongoing
No doubt about that.
PRACTICE
PRACTICE
PRACTICE
For learning is ongoing!
